Wayne, President and founder of Blue Mountain Real Estate & Property Management, CRMC®, has been involved in the greater Pikes Peak area real estate market since 1987, assisting investors and owners with their portfolios. Being a property owner himself, Wayne understands the importance of healthy cash flow management and keeping properties well maintained. This approach results in quality tenants, maximizes rental income and sustains properties that continue to grow in value.Wayne is invested in Colorado Springs through his time spent in many professional and civic activities. He was born and raised in the area and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where he received his Residential Management Professional (RMP), and Master Property Manager (MPM) certifications. He has held the offices of Vice President and President of the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM. He is also a member of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB). Wayne volunteers his service for many organizations throughout Colorado including the Boy Scouts of America, high school coaching and as a trustee at his local church.
Michelle, as Property Manager at Blue Mountain Real Estate & Property Management, CRMC®, has over 6 years of customer service experience and 2 years of case managing experience. She is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota where she graduated with a BS at Concordia University St. Paul on scholarship playing collegiate volleyball. Michelle moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 to be closer to family and enjoy the great outdoors. She helps owners and tenants solve problems in a timely manner and truly cares for both parties. Sales and marketing are two of Michelle’s strengths that she applies here at Blue Mountain Real Estate. She enjoys volunteering at her church in the nursery and continues to play in adult volleyball leagues with her husband. Colorado has become her forever home and she is excited to grow her family here.
Brittney is a native to Colorado Springs and has been with Blue Mountain Real Estate since April 2017. She has an Associate’s degree in Interior Design and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She received her Colorado Real Estate license in 2020, and is excited to grow with the company. In her free time, Brittney loves spending time with her family and friends, doing crafts, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and scenery.
As Office Manager, Kelly has a combined 17 years of extensive bookkeeping and office management experience in real estate, as well as in the staffing and food distribution industries. She assists owners, tenants and vendors with general accounting questions and coordinates maintenance issues. She also attends to all social media and marketing projects. Kelly is a Past President of Altrusa International of Colorado Springs and continues to volunteer in the community with other organizations. Kelly and her husband love everything Colorado has to offer including camping, hiking and skiing.
Giovanna has 6 years of customer service experience. She loves people and being helpful. In the office she can assist you with scheduling a showing, property inquiries, maintenance requests, payments, and assisting tenants with questions. Gio moved to Colorado 2 years ago and loves the area! In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, doing crafts, and coaching volleyball.
Tiffani, our Accounts Payable Specialist, has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping for the casino and home improvement industries. Aside managing the accounts payable, she also provides assistance with accounts receivable, showings, and maintenance issues. Tiffani is a native to Colorado Springs and loves the outdoors. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
