Talented and Responsive Team Members
Our property management staff has more than 50 years of experience combined, and we are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). We take continuing education classes and attend conferences and events to bring the best possible resources, tools, and practices to the management of your investment property.
Our owner and CEO has been doing property management for over 30 years, and he’s owned this company for 11 years. Many of our clients have been with us since we opened our doors. Our team works hard to manage your property the way we would manage our own; and our passion and commitment to service are easily seen in the results we deliver.
Full-Time and Full-Service Property Management
Not everyone considers property management a full-time career, but we do. Our team does not do sales; we focus 100 percent on managing investment homes and rental units. We have a referral program for real estate agents who want to partner with us. When their clients need to rent out a property for a few years, we’ll provide expert management and pay the agent a referral fee. Then, when those clients are ready to buy or sell again, we turn them back over to the referring agent. We partner with at least 10 agents who won’t trust their clients’ properties with anyone else.
Our commitment to you starts before we even list the home. We have a strategic marketing process and a rigorous and individualized tenant screening program that keeps our eviction rates tremendously low. Once a tenant is in place, we’ll manage the day-to-day activities associated with your property and your tenants. You won’t have to worry about a thing.
